Parklife 2026 Closed Out in spectacular style as tens of thousands of music fans descended on the legendary Heaton Park for a second sun-soaked day of world-class performances, surprise appearances and unforgettable festival moments.

With one of the biggest crowds in Parklife history in front of him, Calvin Harris proved why he is not just a trailblazing figurehead of dance music but a global superstar, with a monstrous set of global floor fillers that'll stand as one of THE festival headline sets of 2026. Calling across his storied career, it was banger after banger soundtracking Heaton Park with cuts like 'We Found Love', 'One Kiss', 'Feels So Close', 'Sweet Nothing' and a closing nod to Avicii with 'Levels' sending Parklife 2026 to an emotional and legendary close. Just before him, Zara Larsson brought her thrilling pop spectacular to Parklife, with Heaton Park singing along to her world conquering pop hits such as 'Midnight Sun', 'Can't Tame Her', her collaboration with PinkPantheress 'Stateside' and a Parklife moment with Zara bringing an audience member on stage to duet on 'Lush Life' delighting a huge crowd throughout the performance. Chris Stussyhad the house heads locked in on the gigantic new 100 foot LED Panorama stage whilst Rudim3ntal's hit laden drum & bass, Kettama's high-energy blend of house and techno, speed garage breakthrough sensation Silva Bumpa (bringing a massive crowd to the Panorama Stage early afternoon), the hotly tipped house favourite Chloé Caillet, highly eclectic, genre-defying Japanese DJ ¥ØUUK€ ¥UK1MATU and legendary American DJ and producer Armand Van Helden delivered stand out sets as Parklife proved once again that it is the undisputed festival for the soundtrack of modern pop culture music in the UK.

The previous day (Saturday 20th) saw Sammy Virji close proceedings in triumphant style cementing his place as one of dance music's new Icons, bringing Skepta on stage for a massive run through of hit single 'Cops & Robbers' following Skepta's set of wall to wall bangers. Earlier in the day, Josh Baker cemented his place at the top of the electronic world with an afternoon set hotly anticipated by the Parklife masses whilst local hero Aitch popped up on fellow Mancunian Bou's set to perform their hit 'Raving In The Studio' driving the Parklife audiences wild.  Other secret sets included Oppidan over at the Smirnoff Stage whilst stand out Saturday performances came from Nia Archives, 4AM Kru, Sosa, Prospa, East End Dubs and hometown favourite Morgan Seatree who turned the Matinee stage into a fully-fledged party for everyone in the 0161. 

With brand new stages, constant surprises and much more - it set itself apart as one of Europe's biggest major festivals with its finger firmly dialled in on the soundtrack of the dancefloor here and now.
