Every time I interview Ty Myers, something huge seems to happen afterwards. The first time we sat down, he was days away from becoming the youngest artist to ever play C2C Festival. Fast forward a few months and he's dropped his album, clocked up over a billion streams, put his own soulful spin on Amy Winehouse's Valerie and found himself opening stadiums across Europe for Luke Combs.

Sometimes there are shows that you go along to review, and then there are the ones that take a good 24 hours to fully process what you've just witnessed. Luke Combs' double-header at Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium is right up there with one of the best concerts I've not only had the chance to review, but one of the best live experiences I've ever had.

There's something special about discovering an artist just before everyone else catches on. That was exactly the case with Irish singer-songwriter Jamie McIntyre. After being pointed in his direction by countless people at TRNSMT Festival the weekend before, I made my way over to the Introducing Stage - and I'm so glad I did.
