- TIFFANY STRINGER BRINGS HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR TO POP ON THE LONE STARLET EP
PHOTO CREDIT: RAGAN HENDERSON Rising pop sensation Tiffany Stringer has raised the curtain on her hugely anticipated new EP, The Lone Starlet, arriving Friday, May 8 via Atlantic Records. Pre-order/pre-save HERE. The Lone Starlet begins a stunning new creative chapter for Tiffany Stringer. Recorded at North Hollywood's iconic Valentine Recording Studios, the Texas-born star leaned on a lifelong passion for classic Hollywood cinema, underscoring the project's visual aesthetic as much as the music itself. Taking inspiration from such timeless film classics as High Noon and Singin' In The Rain, new songs like "Supernova" channel Lone Star grit and Hollywood glamour in equal measure, all tied together by a captivating concept and big-screen emotions. "The Lone Starlet traces the journey of a Hollywood starlet," Tiffany Stringer says. "She's from Texas, but she's come to L.A. All of these new things are happening to her. It shows a different side of me. The Lone Starlet era began earlier this year with Stringer's label debut single, "Bullet," available now HERE. The infectious breakup anthem is paired with an evocative official music video – written by Tiffany herself and directed by Logan Rice (Jessie Murph, MARINA) – streaming HERE. "In the narrative, 'Bullet' is the name of the western the EP's protagonist stars in," she goes on. "In a dream, I was talking to my ex-boyfriend, and he said he was getting married. I woke up the next morning, checked Instagram, and saw he had actually gotten married! I was going through all of these mixed feelings, and I told my friends. One of them said, 'You dodged a bullet, girl'. I took all of the heavy emotion and alchemized it into a song." The Lone Starlet also includes the recently debuted single "Damn Good Actress". Produced by Jack Riley (Cameron Whitcomb, Jenna Raine) and Sammy Witte (Harry Styles, Halsey, Del Water Gap), streaming now HERE. "Damn Good Actress" opens in cinematic fashion with an intro befitting of a Golden Age Hollywood screen queen. "This is when The Lone Starlet shows up to the premiere of her film," says Tiffany. "During a big moment like this, you might act like, 'I don't give a fuck'. Behind closed doors, you might actually be having a moment of real sadness. We all have different faces we put on for people, and it can be disorienting. I tried to show the truth." Then, there's "Supernova." A palm-muted riff brushes up against her vocals, and she whispers, "I think I'm in love and it scares me." Her dynamic range uplifts an effervescent and ethereal hook off the ground. "It's about falling in love, coming home to my boyfriend, and caring for him and the others in my life," she notes. "On stage, I get to be larger-than-life. When I come home and take my makeup off, I'm a little more of just Tiffany." In the end, Tiffany gives big emotions the big-screen treatment they deserve."I hope The Lone Starlet can represent something different for everyone," she leaves off. "I learned how to give myself grace. And so I hope that when my fans listen to my music, they can give themselves grace, they can see themselves in what I write." ABOUT TIFFANY STRINGER: Bright lights and camera flashes traditionally illuminate everything on the outside. However, Tiffany Stringer takes control of the spotlight and shines it directly on what's inside. Her iridescent delivery and radiant personality enable a spectrum of emotions to sonically glow, brightening up memories of heartbreak, the butterflies of new romance, and the joy of falling in love on her songs. With a burst of light, this Texas girl brings positivity, personality, passion, and pure attitude to pop, threading clever and candid lyrics into the heart of relatable anthems. After high school, she picked up and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream. Grinding to be heard, she dropped a steady string of tracks online, gathering millions of streams on "End of an Era" and "Oh My God." In 2025, she reached critical mass with her EP, The Texas Primadonna. The title track surged reaching millions of streams, and she incited tastemaker praise. OnesToWatch hailed the EP as "catchy, kitschy, and nothing less than pop-perfection." Beyond touring with Stella Cole, The Two Lips, and more, she received co-signs from the likes of Halsey, Addison Rae, Dove Cameron, and Tate McRae. Gary Kemp, Damian Lewis and Boy George at David Bowie: You're Not Alone (Photo by Dave Benett) [London, Thursday 23 April 2026] A star-studded party this week celebrated the continuing influence of David Bowie and the opening of a major new production: David Bowie: You're Not Alone. The immersive show transports visitors into the iconic performances and creative mind and spirit of one of the world's most visionary and influential artists, using huge projections on the walls and floor of Lightroom, in London's King's Cross. Tickets are on sale now. The show is made up of archive interviews and performance footage, including rarely seen material, and artists at the premiere on Tuesday 21st April included Noel Gallagher, David Gilmour, Anna Calvi, Alison Mosshart, Bobby Gillespie and Natalie Appleton. Noel Gallagher watches David Bowie: You're Not Alone at Lightroom (Photo by Justin Sutcliffe) Singer and songwriter Anna Calvi said: "It's amazing - there is something happening on every wall so you feel completely immersed in the story and immersed in his particular world. I never got to see him play live so this for me is the closest I'll ever get. There were some shots when he was playing heroes, for example, where you really felt like you were in the crowd, which is such an amazing experience." Anna Calvi (Photo by Justin Sutcliffe) My Bloody Valentine's Bilinda Butcher said: "It was so well done, it was just amazing. Really brilliant. I really enjoyed it. I was totally immersed in it...I just totally loved it. I felt quite emotional throughout the whole thing. I think he truly is an icon." Comedian and Last One Laughing co-host Roisin Conaty said: "I'm a huge Bowie fan and tonight I was so excited, but it was actually better than I expected. It's such an amazing experience because it's really immersive, it's really stunning, and it feels really hypnotic. At the end you feel very relaxed and also very moved. It's incredible. It's beautiful. It's really, really beautiful and poetic." Nxdia and Roisin Conaty CREDIT Dave Benett Singer Nxdia said: "I'm a massive Bowie fan and I thought tonight was really special. I felt completely eclipsed in that room! You were really in it. He was so ahead of his time, in that he embodies a sense of freedom that I really want to have as an artist and as a person." All Saints' Natalie Appleton said: "Bowie was an absolute enigma, a legend, a magnetic artist - one of a kind... and he was just gorgeous, in every era. I'm like, oh my God, he's so bloody hot." Natalie Appleton and son Ace Howlett (Picture by Dave Benett) Boy George said: "[David Bowie and I] met a few times. I was always a massive fan, so I never edged myself into believing that we were friends. I was always on the outside of, you know, being a fan, and I think he loved that, you know! David Bowie is the person where, whenever I do anything, I was like: what would Bowie do?" Boy George with Sex Pistol Paul Cook and his wife Jeni (Photo by Dave Benett) Will Irvine from Daytime TV said: "Tonight was emotional and inspiring...I saw it more as a look behind the curtain of who he was, rather than the characters that he kind of portrayed, almost the insecurities behind them and the reasons that they came out. That was incredibly inspiring to me. "It feels like you're at a Bowie gig when the live footage is playing - the noise hits you in the chest. I was never lucky enough to go to a show but it felt like I was there and felt like we kind of went back in time." Daytime TV's Will Irvine, John Caddick, Naomi Boschetti and Gareth Thompson (Photo by Dave Benett) Actor Alex Jennings said: "It was absolutely exhilarating and incredibly moving, I cried twice. Astonishing performer. Incredible. Influential talent. You know, I was always fascinated by him as a performer. And it's an incredible experience. Incredible, really. I found it very, very moving." Comedian Ivo Graham said: "I'm a huge David Bowie fan. I'm a big fan of trying to keep that memory of his sort of majesty and genius as fresh and as constant as possible. So having the chance to come and be just surrounded by his music and his work, his fashion and his vision in a space like the Lightroom was just incredible." Luvcat (Photo by Dave Benett Featuring the musician as its sole voice, David Bowie: You're Not Alone is both a multimedia spectacle and an intimate and revealing self-portrait, produced by 59, a Journey studio. Darren began singing in 2019, quickly garnering attention for his raw and fervent vocals and emotive delivery. Iconic in the nineties for the era-defining hit 'What's Up', Linda Perry has spent the past three decades reinventing herself as one of pop music's most prolific behind the scenes hitmakers. Her songwriting and production credits include Dolly Parton, Christina Aguilera, P!nk, Adele, Miley Cyrus, Celine Dion, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, The Chicks, Ariana Grande, Weezer, and more. Beyond the scope of her career, Let It Die Here is an exploration of identity, vulnerability, and creativity. Filmed over several years, the documentary captures Perry as she confronts personal change and a crossroads in her career. The film features unprecedented access to Perry's creative process, along with new performances and candid interviews with close friends, collaborators, and family, including Dolly Parton, Christina Aguilera, Brandi Carlile, Sara Gilbert, and Kate Hudson. Reflecting on the film, Linda Perry said: "I had no intention of making a documentary. Maybe that's why it's so raw and emotional. If I knew I was making one I probably would have tried to control the narrative. Don Hardy captured an extremely intimate time in my life and I am so grateful he did. Though this film is about me, through his lens, I learned so much." Director Don Hardy adds: "Linda didn't let me make a film about her legend—she let me make a film about her truth. What you see is someone at a profound crossroads, questioning everything while creating fearlessly. That tension between vulnerability and power is what makes Linda who she is, and it's what makes this story so urgent to tell. I'm honored she trusted me with this moment in her life." The film's release also coincides with a renewed level of attention around 4 Non Blondes' 1993 single 'What's Up'. On the heels of a successful reunion in 2025, the song went viral on TikTok with the 'What's UP / Beez In The Trap' mashup, reaching number 1 on the platform's trending song charts and generating more than three million user created videos. As a result, the band performed the song on 2026 Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, decades after its original release. Linda Perry's first solo album in 25+ years, also titled 'Let It Die Here,' will be released on May 8, 2026. https://www.lindaperry.com
- THE ALL-AMERICAN REJECTS share new single 'King Kong'
Today, iconic pop-rock band The All American Rejects unleash their explosive new single 'King Kong' - listen HERE. The track is the latest release off their highly anticipated forthcoming album Sandbox, out May 15, 2026, and further signals the band’s triumphant return with renewed energy, perspective, and a healthy dose of chaos. Pre-save/pre-order Sandbox HERE. “‘King Kong’ is about leaving Los Angeles,” frontman Tyson Ritter shares. “I’m from a small town in Oklahoma, and I moved back home. When I got to L.A., I fell into an interesting crowd. It was the quintessential, ‘I’m in L.A. in my twenties and early thirties’, life. It’s a town where everyone is chasing the same industry. There’s no real life about it for me that I experienced until I left. Nick brought out the quality in the song. It was a very natural combination of our efforts.” Driven by an acoustic guitar that creaks beneath a sunny vocal, 'King Kong' builds with a hypnotic pulse and a slippery bassline anchoring the verses before erupting into a biting, undeniable chorus: “You’ll always be around to let me…DOWN.” Sky-scraping electric guitar cuts through the track as teases, “You want to play like Godzilla? You’d better bite down hard!” 'King Kong' follows the momentum of previously released singles 'Easy Come, Easy Go' and 'Get This,' both of which have helped fuel the band’s resurgence across streaming platforms, alternative radio, and viral charts. With Sandboxmarking their first album in over a decade, The All-American Rejects are entering a defining new era with renewed creative momentum and a deepening connection with fans across generations. Hear 'King Kong' on streaming services In addition to the new release, the band announced last month at SXSW that they will be hitting the road once again for a second iteration of their wildly popular House Party Tour. Building on the viral success and fan-driven energy of the first run, the upcoming tour promises even more intimate, unpredictable, and high-energy performances in unique spaces across the country. Additional details and dates will be revealed soon. The All-American Rejects UK live dates 2026 Sat 13th June - Download Festival, Leicestershire. UK Sun 14th June - Academy, Manchester, UK - SOLD OUT Tue 16th June - O2 Forum Kentish Town, London, UK - SOLD OUT ABOUT THE ALL-AMERICAN REJECTS: Beginning a renaissance in the 2020s, the band managed to quietly sell out venues across the country on their first proper headline tour in over a decade: 2023’s Wet Hot All-American Summer Tour. They magnetically attracted tens of thousands of fans to see them at free guerilla pop-up concerts at USC, in a cornfield, and outside of a house in Nashville during 2025’s wildly popular “House Party Tour”. Surveying their influence, Variety put it best, “They won over young listeners with sticky songs about broken hearts and adolescent lust that have resonated across the decades.” For as much as their bulletproof back catalog is attractive to generations of fans, it’s the uncontainable energy of the collective that inspires all listeners to stick around. Now and forever, The All-American Rejects are proudly “a band of the people,” cutting through the bullshit, silencing the noise, and meeting audiences exactly where they are with music that they need. This spirit surges through their fifth album, first INDEPENDENT release, and first full-length LP in 14 years, Sandbox. It's the sound of rock’s unsung antiheroes doing what they do best, pulling no punches, and delivering sticky, sharp, and sometimes sweet anthems. - DAVID BOWIE: YOU'RE NOT ALONE PHOTOS AS STARS ARRIVE FOR RED CARPET PREMIERE
Damin Lewis and Alison Mosshart (Credit Dave Benett) [London, Tuesday 21 April 2026] The stars were out in force on the red carpet on Tuesday for the world premiere of a major new production: David Bowie: You're Not Alone. The show transports visitors into the iconic performances and creative mind and spirit of one of the world's most visionary and influential artists, using huge projections on the walls and floor of Lightroom, in London's King's Cross. Featuring the musician as its sole voice, David Bowie: You're Not Alone is both a multimedia spectacle and an intimate and revealing self-portrait, produced by 59, a Journey studio. Celebrity Bowie fans attending the VIP premiere included Clive Owen, Anna Calvi, Noel Gallagher, David Gilmour, Alison Mosshart, Boy George, Indira Varma, Gary Kemp, Paul Cook, Glen Matlock, Damian Lewis, Saskia Reeves, Adam Buxton, Jessie Armstrong, Jake Shears, Clint Dyer, Bobby Gillespie, Roisin Conaty, Ivo Graham, Alex Jennings, Luvcat and Daytime TV. Executive producer David Sabel said: "The response to David Bowie: You're Not Alone has been incredible. You can see from the premiere's turnout the impact he had on the generations of artists that followed. His curiosity and creativity meant that his impact has been felt across the cultural world, inspiring so many others." Director Mark Grimmer said: "The show is split across thematic chapters, and between those we shine a light on some of the iconic performances from across Bowie's career. We've had access, via the Bowie Archive, to live footage and multi-tracks from sessions, and we've created something where you really feel like you're inside the story. Incredible original animation, graphic design and sound design have been used to make the audience feel they are up close and personal with one of the world's great musical artists." Lightroom chief executive Richard Slaney said: "Lightroom has worked with creative partners from David Hockney to Tom Hanks, Anna Wintour to the crew of Artemis II. There's no musical artist that embodies Lightroom's range of programming more than David Bowie and no one more worthy of our first large scale music production. His adventurousness, boldness and creativity make him the perfect subject for this new way of storytelling." The 360° experience, produced by Lightroom and designed by 59, a Journey studio, is written and directed by 59's Mark Grimmer (Creative Director for the V&A's David Bowie Is exhibition) and Tom Wexler. You're Not Alone will showcase some of Bowie's landmark performances that redefined popular culture, using a mixture of iconic, rarely seen and never-before-exhibited material, selected from thousands of hours of film in the vaults of the David Bowie Archive in New York, from Space Oddity through Diamond Dogs and "Heroes" to ★. Audiences will have the chance to feel they have travelled through time to experience Bowie in performance - up close and first-hand. Each track in the show has been newly reconfigured to utilise Lightroom's specialised spatial audio system by multiple Olivier and Tony award-winning sound designer Gareth Fry (Harry Potter & The Cursed Child, David Bowie Is). This is David Bowie, the man himself. Instead of magnifying the myth through the lens of his characters - Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane, Halloween Jack, The Thin White Duke - You're Not Alone places its focus on the man behind the masks: the provocateur, the polymath, the shapeshifting icon in his enduring, human form. The film is structured in thematic chapters in a looping presentation, giving a unique insight into Bowie's perspective on the subjects most important to him, including: theatricality, spirituality, songwriting and the transformative power of creativity. There are surreal moments, like the transatlantic TV interview with Russell Harty in 1975, in which Bowie artfully takes control of the narrative and the interviewer is reduced to asking him questions about the colour of his hair. Elsewhere, the reconstructed set of the inimitable Diamond Dogs tour materialises before our very eyes, igniting a Bowie performance unlike any other captured on film. Bringing together a wealth of visual material from a wide range of sources, the show combines rare performance footage, photography, drawings, lyrics, personal notes and audio recordings. David Bowie: You're Not Alone will celebrate Bowie's boundless curiosity as a force that connected people across continents and generations, as well as his enduring cultural impact today. The show builds on Lightroom's growing repertoire of critically acclaimed shows that have now been seen by over 1.5 million visitors globally, including creative collaborations with David Hockney, Tom Hanks, Anna Wintour and Vogue and Apple TV. David Bowie: You're Not Alone is being made in close collaboration with and authorized by the David Bowie Estate. Tickets for David Bowie: You're Not Alone are on sale, priced from £25 for adults and £15 for students and concessions. Tickets will be available from 22 April until 28 June, with more tickets being released for summer soon. - FAILURE SHARE "THE RISING SKYLINE (FEAT. HAYLEY WILLIAMS)"
Photo by Lindsey Byrnes Today, beloved and influential Los Angeles trio Failure – Ken Andrews , Greg Edwards , and Kellii Scott – return with "The Rising Skyline (feat. Hayley Williams)," the latest single from Location Lost, their seventh studio album out this Friday, April 24th, via Failure Records/Arduous Records/Virgin Music Group. The largely acoustic breakup song features Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams , an artist whose longtime public admiration for Failure has unquestionably helped introduce the band to an entirely new generation of listeners. Of working with Williams, who is also featured in the band's recent Hulu/Disney+ documentary Every Time You Lose Your Mind , Andrews notes: "Failure doesn't do a lot of collaborations, but my friendship with Hayley, and her long standing support of the band, turned this song into a very satisfying duet. It's probably the most delicate song we've ever done and her vocal approach really brought that out." Failure also announce an extensive fall tour today, kicking off Sep 30th in Vancouver. The band has already sold out many of their spring headline North American tour dates , kicking off with a sold-out album release show tonight, April 21st, at Zebulon in Los Angeles and wrapping in Toronto on May 20th. All Under Heaven is supporting all spring headline dates starting May 3 and Quannnic will support on all fall headline shows. Their run of shows also includes festival appearances at Las Vegas' Sick New World, Chicago's SPACE ECHO @ Radius and Daytona Beach's Welcome to Rockville. For ticket links and more information, visit https://www.failureband.com . Location Lost features nine new tracks that showcase a focused, modern and ever-evolving vision of Failure's utterly unique sound. The album doesn't arrive as a victory lap or a nostalgia exercise. Instead, it sounds like a band actively negotiating where — and who — they are now. "It's very different," Edwards says plainly of the follow-up to 2021's Wild Type Droid . "There are sounds and parts that really don't have any precedence within the Failure world." The album's lead single " The Air's on Fire " embodies this sense of disorienting unfamiliarity and the recent single " A Way Down ", is an homage to early '80s The Cure and Siouxsie & The Banshees, inspired by their angular guitar approach and the unapologetic dark atmospheres. The album also delivers dose after dose of Andrews, Edwards and Scott's signature creative and instrumental interplay, from the warning bell-like guitar chimes on propulsive opener "Crash Test Delayed," to the elastic, bass-driven groove of "Halo and Grain" and the grinding, methodical wall of sound on "Solid State," which wouldn't have sounded out of place on 1996's all-time-classic Fantastic Planet . Other songs such as the slow-burning, dream-inspired closer "Moonlight Understands" and the stuttering "Someday Soon" emerged from singular, unrepeatable moments. Pre-save / pre-order Location Lost here: https://ffm.to/locationlost . Failure's musical communion has intrigued critics, fans, and peers for more than three decades. Following Comfort and Magnified , the trio created what is largely considered one of the '90s most influential and innovative albums, 1996's Fantastic Planet . The 17-track collection earned rave reviews and onboarded a trove of new fans and also led the band to headline Lollapalooza's second stage and craft one of the era's most recognisable videos, " Stuck on You ." After a 17-year hiatus, Failure returned with The Heart Is a Monster in 2015, followed by 2018's In the Future Your Body Will Be the Furthest Thing from Your Mind and 2021's Wild Type Droid – all now available on Spotify for the first time since 2022. - Skindred are currently celebrating the news that their brand-new album You Got This is leading the race for this Friday's No.1 Album
PHOTO CREDIT: DEAN CHALKLEY Tues April 21st 2026: Welsh ragga metal legends Skindred are currently celebrating the news that their brand-new album You Got This is leading the race for this Friday's No.1 Album, with the album sitting at the top spot on the Official Midweek Album chart. That said the band are keen not to count their chickens too early as they have been in this position before, with 2023's album Smile , and missed out last time around at the very last minute by just 150 sales. As singer Benji says, "If they can put a man on the moon hopefully there should be some hope for putting a Ragga Metal band from Newport to number 1 in the UK album charts. The love we have been receiving for our new album has been amazing. Thank you to everyone who has gone out and bought a copy." Fresh from their show-stopping appearance on Sunday Brunch this weekend, they are currently leading the pack ahead of new albums from a number of major label artists. And as anyone who has heard the album knows, You Got This is an all-killer-no-filler set which features everything that people love about the band – hard-hitting slammers, mega addictive hooks, earwormy soundclash elements, and dancehall vibes. This is showcased on singles such as 'Can I Get A' , which is currently A-list on BBC Radio Wales, on the playlist at Absolute Radio 20s and #1 most-played track on Kerrang Radio, #2 on Planet Rock and #3 on Total Rock Radio. You Got This is getting rave reviews across the board. Skindred are playing very special shows to coincide with the album release. - SAMMY HAGAR & THE BEST OF ALL WORLDS TOUR ANNOUNCE UK TOUR UPDATE WITH NEW VENUES INCLUDING A THREE-NIGHT LONDON RUN AT SOON-TO-OPEN BRITISH AIRWAYS ARC
Monday 20 April: Rock icon Sammy Hagar today announced a revised itinerary for his forthcoming UK tour, bringing his top-grossing Best Of All Worlds Tour to a series of more intimate, tech-forward performing arts venues. Inspired by the breakthrough success of his recent Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live, where advanced sound and immersive technology redefined the live experience, the July 2026 dates have been reconfigured to prioritise similar venues across the UK. The updated routing also allows for a special multi-night run in London, where Hagar and the band will be among the first artists to headline the soon-to-open British Airways ARC. Featuring Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductees Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony, 15-time GRAMMY nominee and guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani and powerhouse drummer Kenny Aronoff, The Best Of All Worlds Band will perform at Wolverhampton's Civic Hall (6 July), Manchester's O2 Apollo (7 July) and London's British Airways ARC (9-12 July). Tickets go on general sale on Friday 24 April at 10am via https://www.aegpresents.co.uk/event/sammy-hagar/ . Sammy Hagar said : "After waiting 30 years to come back, we really wanted to get this right. Several factors pushed us toward revising this tour but after wrapping our Las Vegas residency last month at Dolby Live where the sound, the technology, and the more intimate size really lets us connect with the audiences, it was clear that we wanted to deliver an experience like that for our fans in England. When I heard our promoter was opening a similar tech-forward venue in London that really sealed the deal for me. Three nights, a fresh set every night, and I get to stay in London, one of my favorite cities in the world, for a week. That's the Best of All Worlds!" Sammy returns to the UK for his first tour since 1996, with a setlist celebrating his legendary 50+ year catalogue of hits, including the deepest dive yet into his tenure with Van Halen. The UK tour represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see this band of brothers deliver one of the most legendary hits-packed live shows of their careers. Fans can expect a setlist featuring hits like "Why Can't This Be Love", "5150", "Best Of Both Worlds", "I Can't Drive 55" and more. This will be the first time Sammy Hagar has performed Van Halen classics in the UK since the band's iconic Wembley Stadium shows 30 years ago. The supergroup will take to the stage at three venues in the UK: University of Wolverhampton at the Civic Hall, Manchester O2 Apollo, and finally the London British Airways ARC for a three night residency. Fans who purchased tickets for the original UK dates will be contacted directly and offered priority presale access for the new shows, along with a 10% merchandise offer on show nights. The band thanks fans for their continued support and looks forward to delivering this newly enhanced live experience across the UK.
