American Express presents BST Hyde Park welcomes a true legend to the park this summer. The one and only Pitbull AKA Mr. Worldwide headlines a fully sold out show on Friday 10 July and is excited to announce special guests, Los Tucanes de Tijuana. The announcement lands on Cinco de Mayo, marking the addition of one of Mexico's most culturally influential bands to Pitbull's sold out London show. Los Tucanes de Tijuana join previously announced Kesha, Tinie Tempah and Lil Jon with more acts to be unveiled very soon.
Mexican norteño band Los Tucanes de Tijuana are famous for their live performances. With over 12 million listeners on Spotify, they are known for their bright, buoyant sound coupled with social commentary which has made them one of the most respected groups in this Mexican genre. Pitbull himself is a collaborator, releasing a remix of their song "La Chona" last year with lead songwriter Mario Quintero Lara.
Los Tucanes de Tijuana are synonymous with the boom of norteño music in the 90s and 2000s, with the release of beloved songs "El Tucanazo", "La Chona" and "Vivir de Noche" earning praise from Rolling Stone and more. Los Tucanes influence and cultural impact is phenomenal. In 2012, the band won a Latin GRAMMY for their album 365 Días and they made history as the first norteño group to perform at Coachella. Coming up on almost 40 years as a band, Los Tucanes will have Hyde Park dancing away in an unforgettable summer set. And if their 25 million albums worldwide and 30 platinum records tell us anything, it's an event you won't want to miss.
International superstar Pitbull has sold more than 25 million studio albums and has more than 60 million monthly listeners on streaming platforms. The star has worked with everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Christina Aguilera to Usher and many more. With mega hits including "Don't Stop the Party", "Timber", "Hotel Room Service", "Time of Our Lives", "Give Me Everything", "Fireball" and "Get On The Floor" the Grammy Award winner has secured his place as not only one of the pre-eminent figures in Latin music and hip hop, but as one of the biggest names in the pop world.
A true pop icon and electrifying live performer, Kesha burst onto the scene with her record-breaking debut single TiK ToK, which became one of the best-selling digital singles of all time. She quickly followed it with global anthems like We R Who We R and Die Young, cementing her place as one of the defining pop voices of the 2010s. Alongside her own hits, she also topped charts worldwide with the Pitbull collaboration Timber, and first came to prominence after featuring on Flo Rida's No.1 smash Right Round.
Across her career she has sold millions of records, clocked billions of streams and earned a Grammy nomination, all while evolving her sound from euphoric pop to raw, emotional ballads and genre-spanning experiments. This summer, Kesha returned with her acclaimed new album "Period", hailed by The Guardian as "a smart, funny return to her hedonistic hot-mess persona" and by NME as "a classic combo of sass, sex and spirituality." Kesha herself described it as "the first album I've made where I felt truly free" - a powerful new chapter from one of pop's most distinctive and enduring voices.
When Tinie Tempah exploded onto the scene with 'Pass Out' in 2010, he didn't just score a hit, he rewrote the blueprint for UK rap forever. Over fifteen years later, with 3 Top Ten albums, 7 number ones, and a cultural legacy that paved the way for Britain's Black music revolution, Tinie Tempah remains the architect of his own unstoppable momentum. From sold-out arenas to festival headlines, from chart domination to cultural zeitgeist moments, Tinie Tempah has consistently proven that longevity in this game isn't about luck, it's about evolution. His latest singles 'Eat It Up' and 'Living Life' make a statement of intent: Tinie Tempah isn't just back, he's here to remind everyone why he's been the standard-setter all along. The game may have changed since 2010, but the throne remains his...
Louder and larger than life, Lil Jon is the undisputed king of crunk and one of hip-hop's most influential hitmakers. Rising out of Atlanta's club scene with Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz, he helped define the Dirty South sound with era-shaping anthems like "Get Low," alongside landmark productions including Usher's Grammy-winning "Yeah!" and "Snap Yo Fingers." With a string of gold and platinum albums and a catalogue that spans hip-hop, pop and EDM, most notably the global smash "Turn Down for What" with DJ Snake, Lil Jon has remained a dominant force in music for over two decades. Renowned for his live sets, he now brings that same high-octane presence to BST Hyde Park as part of this year's lineup.
For this special show, BST Hyde Park will also host an official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title attempt for the Largest gathering of people wearing bald caps. The attempt builds on a phenomenon sparked by Pitbull's devoted international fanbase, including his recent sold-out O2 Arena shows in London where thousands of fans arrived wearing bald caps. BST Hyde Park will bring this fan-led moment to its biggest stage yet, inviting audiences to take part in an official, adjudicated GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title attempt and be part of music history.
Headliners for BST Hyde Park 2026 also include: Garth Brooks (Saturday 27 June), Maroon 5 (Friday 3 July), Mumford & Sons (Saturday 4 July), Duran Duran (Sunday 5 July) and Lewis Capaldi (Saturday 11 July and Sunday 12 July), with final headliners to be announced.
Pitbull also headlines the inaugural American Express presents Roundhay Festival in Leeds on Friday 3 July, joined by Jason Derulo, Tinie Tempah, Lil Jon, Los Tucanes de Tijuana and many more acts to be added. Visit roundhayfestival.com.
