James Johnston: Bagpipes, Highland Cows and a Packed Night in Glasgow
There’s something slightly different about interviewing an artist after you’ve watched them tear a stage apart. Usually, I’m backstage before the show, chatting about what’s about to happen. This time, I’d already watched James Johnston walk out in front of a packed SWG3 crowd, bring a bagpiper onto the stage and somehow turn a Glasgow gig into what felt like a country nightclub.
